Payment, Credit, Refund, Cancellation Policy: Full payment must be made within 10 days of registration to hold a seat in the program.
If we receive your written request (email is acceptable) for cancellation more than 14 days or more prior to the start of class, a FULL refund, less a $25 deposit fee, will be given. There are NO REFUNDS given less than 14 days prior to start of a class unless there is a wait listed student available to take the seat.
If a program does not have at least 10 participants registered 14 days prior to the start of the program, it may be canceled and full payment will be refunded.
Note: We realize sometimes a class may not be a good fit for your child and your child won’t know until attending at least 1 or more classes. So, if at any time during the class series your child does not wish to continue, let us know and we will provide a prorated refund for the remaining classes less a $25 admin fee. Simply send an email to Techventure Kids at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to the start of the next class.
Students who are dismissed because of a rule violation, disciplinary reasons, or non-payment of late fee will not receive a refund. A fee of $30 will be assessed for any returned/declined payment transactions.
